MEGAPRO 101

This 45-minute lesson is ideal for clients new to TIGHT and the Lagree Method who want to learn the essential moves on the MegaFormer. This class focuses on a specific sequence of foundational exercises that allow you to learn and perfect proper form and technique. MegaFormer 101 is done on the MegaPro model of the MegaFormer and moves at a slow pace, allowing the trainer to provide one-on-one instruction to every participant.

TIGHTer Advanced MegaPro

This one’s for the veterans. Designed exclusively for clients who’ve taken 75+ classes at TIGHT, this advanced-level workout brings the heat—fast transitions, high-intensity holds, and challenging sequences that push you to the edge of your strength. You’ll spend more time at the back of the machine, exploring complex movement patterns and leveling up your endurance, focus, and control. This class is not for the faint of heart—but if you’re ready to sweat, shake, and take your Lagree game to the next level, this is your moment.

LIGHT TIGHT

If this is your first class or it’s been a little while since you’ve taken a Lagree class, join us for this form-focused class. We will stay mostly at the front of the MegaFormer and we will utilize lighter spring resistance in mostly full range of motion. This LIGHT TIGHT variety will still give you a good burn like a typical Lagree class, but help you build muscle memory while you learn. Veterans are also welcome, who wish to still get a workout in with some active recovery.

Has it been one of those weeks?! Give your body and mind a 45 minute respite in this revitalizing class that is designed to help you find peace through movement, mindfulness, and music. Enjoy thirty minutes of restorative stretching and fifteen minutes of guided meditation to help you re-center. All are welcome, no experience required.

Built to strengthen you from the inside out, this full-body class focuses on slow, controlled movement and time under tension to develop lasting strength. Through intentional, strength-focused sequences, you’ll stimulate bone growth, build lean muscle, and support joint stability, benefits that carry well beyond the workout. Suitable for all levels, this class emphasizes full-body integration using arms, core, and legs together, with a slightly more supported setup so you can move with precision and stay in each exercise longer.
