TIGHT DALLAS HOSTED TRAINING

Our official Lagree Level One Certification is a 5-day intensive training led by a Master Trainer in partnership with Lagree Fitness Headquarters.

Training Schedule

WEDNESDAY, December 2nd – SUNDAY, December 6th

  • Wed: 5pm–9pm (virtual)

  • Thurs: 5pm–9pm (virtual)

  • Fri: 12:30pm–7:30pm

  • Sat: 12:00pm–5:00pm

  • Sun: 1:00pm–4:00pm

The TIGHT Mentorship Program

Certification is only the beginning. Our Mentorship Program is a selective, hands-on development track designed to bridge the gap between being certified and becoming a confident, effective instructor. This program is only available to instructors who complete certification through TIGHT Dallas.
