MEET CHRIS – Studio Manager

Chris has a passion for fitness which led him to start a personal training career last year. His goal is to develop strategies on how to help others find a connection with their fitness goals/journeys. Chris was born in South Korea and grew up in the Pacific Northwest in Tacoma, WA. He went Centerary College of Shreveport, LA where he played tennis for 2 years and graduated with degrees in Accounting and Finance. Chris moved to Dallas in 2009 and currently works at Ernst & Young when he’s not in the studio. He loves traveling, all Asian cuisines, and volleyball.

MEET LAUREN – Training, Retail, and Marketing Manager

Lauren started pursuing fitness at a young age. She grew up playing travel soccer and enjoyed working as a unit with her team. While she was in College at Pepperdine University, her group of girlfriends found lagree and they never looked back. Since then she has taught in LA at Pilates Plus LA (Malibu and Calabasas studio) and now has found her home studio at Tight. Lauren loves working as a team with the tight community, as they challenge each other to become stronger through Lagree.

Lauren started pursuing fitness at a young age. She grew up playing travel soccer and enjoyed working as a unit with her team. While she was in College at Pepperdine University, her group of girlfriends found lagree and they never looked back. Since then she has taught in LA at Pilates Plus LA (Malibu and Calabasas studio) and now has found her home studio at Tight. Lauren loves working as a team with the tight community, as they challenge each other to become stronger through Lagree.

MEET AUSTIN

Austin is from sunny Tucson, Arizona, there she grew up swimming competitively and long distance running. After graduating from the University of Arizona (bear down!), she relocated to Portland, Oregon for work where she discovered Lagree Fitness. She fell in love with the method after seeing how intense of a work out she got in just 45 minutes. Since moving to Dallas in 2019, she has been a regular at Tight and is excited to get you shaking on the mega! Outside of the studio you can find Austin trying new restaurants around Dallas, walking the Katy Trail, or enjoying time by the pool.

Caiti fell in love with the profound effects of Lagree Fitness after moving down to the health and wellness hub of Santa Monica, CA back in 2010. Growing up as a competitive swimmer and yogi, it wasn’t until her first month of taking Lagree classes that she realized the most obvious piece she had been missing — a true strength training workout. The slow and controlled movements, the nearly instantaneous shake, the long lasting results achieved under an hour! When Caiti moved to Dallas, she instantly felt at home at Tight, a beautiful studio with an awesome team. She knew she needed to challenge herself to take the leap to teach and she’s thrilled to share her positive, calming energy with her classes, while providing a juicy low impact workout.

Being a registered nurse specializing in orthopedics, Caroline loves incorporating her nursing knowledge to focus on proper body mechanics for recovery and injury prevention. She has practiced Pilates for years and recently transitioned from nursing to working in the studio to become a Lagree instructor. With meticulous attention to detail, form, and mechanics, Caroline will elevate your mind and body’s fitness expectation.

Caroline has had a lifelong love for movement growing up as a competitive dancer in Southlake. She graduated from The University of Oklahoma and then moved back to Dallas to start her career in marketing. She has always been fueled by a passion for high-intensity, low-impact workouts, and found her perfect match in Lagree. To Caroline, it is the perfect fusion of strength, grace, and intensity. Join her on the Megaformer for a challenging and fun workout that will leave you feeling empowered and energized.

MEET COREY

Corey fell in love with the Lagree method while living in Marina Del Rey, CA and decided to turn her passion into her career. While Corey is originally from St. Louis, MO she feels Dallas is her home and is excited to be a member of the Tight family. Her classes are strategically orchestrated to create maximum results while offering easy transitions and instructions for beginners.

Deirdre has always been an avid fitness and outdoor enthusiast, competing in track at a national level throughout her childhood in Ireland, and then pursuing a career as a Physical Therapist, where she gets the opportunity to rehabilitate clients from injuries. She first started group exercise teaching in 2003 as a Pilates teacher in London, but she instantly fell in love with Lagree when she discovered the Megaformer in 2014. She loves the benefits of core stabilization exercises for injury prevention and the low impact that Lagree has on your joints. When not working out or teaching at Tight, Deirdre is focused on her two sports-loving sons, working as a Physical Therapist, traveling all around the world with her family and friends and hiking any mountain she can find!

MEET MADELINE

After years of trying various group fitness classes, Madeline found Lagree and immediately fell in love with the method. She combines years of dance training with her personal Lagree experience to deliver high energy, challenging classes rooted in strong form. Outside of the studio, Madeline spends her time traveling, walking Katy Trail, and praying the Aggie football team gets it together.

MEET Nicole

Nicole found her love for Lagree after many years of teaching ballet and yoga, first in New York and most recently in Dallas. With a deep love for mixing movement with music, she taught yoga for 10 years before finding Lagree after her son Cole was born. Nicole is happy to have found her home at Tight, where her class will always combine knowledge and musical beat motivation throughout the workout. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

MEET PAUL

Paul is originally from California and moved to Dallas in 2016 after studying abroad for his undergrad in Rome, Italy. He has always loved fitness and running, but once he discovered the Lagree method in 2021, he instantly knew this was the full body workout for him. He loves the way this workout always challenges and improves the mind and body. This is a workout for people of all fitness levels and Paul has a passion to teach and share this method with anyone he meets. In addition to working out on the Megaformer and teaching, Paul enjoys singing with the Turtle Creek Chorale, going on walks with his partner and two dogs, and spending time with family and friends.
